Study group led by master shakuhachi player Akihito Obama

Shouganken Reibō is a masterpiece of the solo shakuhachi repertoire. While there are many versions of piece in various schools of the shakuhachi, Akihito Obama will teach it the particular style of Katsuya Yokoyama, founder of the Chikushinkai also know as KSK in the West. The study group will be conducted in English. The recommended student level is intermediate to advanced. The capacity of this study group is 5 students.
